Pink Sound - Rain drop

Have you ever wondered why are rain sounds so relaxing?Exactly what is it about the sound of raindrops that makes us fall asleep so much easier and faster?

People have been using rain sounds to help them fall asleep from the beginning of time. This is because we all love the sound of rain as it helps us to relax and fall asleep faster. In addition, it is also very hard for most of us to be able to wake up whenever it is raining outside. This is even harder in the instances where the weather is a bit colder and we tend to want to continue snuggling in bed while it rains outside.

Rain produces a sound akin to white noise.

The brain gets a tonic signal from white noise that decreases this need for sensory input, thus calming us down. Similarly, bright sun tends to keep us stimulated.Playing pink noise in a lab setting has been shown to have a positive effect on sleep and memory.

Watch peaceful rain music best for relaxing and sleep.

What are pink sounds?

The color of sound is determined by the energy of the sound signal. Specifically, it depends on how energy is distributed over various frequencies, or the speed of
sound.

Pink sound consists of all frequencies we can hear, but the energy isn't equally distributed across them. It's more intense at lower frequencies, which creates a deep sound.

Nature is full of pink sound, including:
• rustling leaves
• steady rain
• wind
• heartbeats
To the human ear, pink sound "flat"or "even."

Personal opinion,

Leaving all these apart,
My personal favourite is rainy dark day.  If it's a freezing cold rainy day in the middle of the summer. Makes my anxiety go away and I feel more motivated in general.
Thunder & lightening are like some magic pill, I feel safe. I feel protected. I feel like a total person. ... When I get up in the morning, I check weather report if it says rainy day today I'll will be more happy and pleasent.

Buddha and Music

If you think POSITIVELY
Sound becomes MUSIC, Movement becomes DANCE, Smile becomes
LAUGHTER Mind becomes
MEDITATION,
And life becomes
a CELEBRATION!

The Buddha (also known as Siddhattha Gotama or Siddhārtha Gautama) was a philosopher, meditator, spiritual teacher, and religious leader who lived in ancient India (c. 5th to 4th century BCE). He is revered as the founder of the world religion of Buddhism. He taught for around 45 years and built a large
following, both monastic and lay. His teaching is based on his insight into dukkha (typically translated as "suffering") and the end of dukkha
the state called Nibbāna or Nirvana.

Buddha's view on Music

According to lotus sutra, chapter 27 Bodhisattva Wonderful Music......

When Shakyamuni Buddha emits a brilliant light, many Buddhas and bodhisattvas in the Universe
receive the sign of the preaching
of the Lotus Sutra.

The Samadhi of Revelation of All Forms is a type of meditation in which the bodhisattva is able to transform into immense forms in order to save living beings. This is one of the expedient
methods because it is an approach that takes into consideration the different
needs and nature of the living beings for the purpose of salvation.

Music and songs are wonderfulways to give offerings to the Buddhas, apart from the usual offerings such as flowers or
incense.

Music - Meditation

From mood enhancement and relaxation
to full-blown oneness with the cosmos, music has the ability to powerfully shift
our state of mind. Meditation is not that
different. Meditation lowers the stress hormone cortisol, helps us sleep better, and rewires the brain with a host of positive emotional qualities. Attempting to meditate in a nightclub may not be high on the list of recommended
practices for monks and yogis, but maybe it should be: When you're fully lost in music, you're getting a taste of nirvana without any of the rigorous training.

Watch this peacefull music, meditate get relaxation.

The goal of both music and meditation is
to create a powerful and positive shift in our mental state. Music is a reliable source of transformational experience for many, and we are attracted to music for the same reasons that meditators meditate. Music and meditation both allow a fuller and richer experience of
our emotions: They stop our incessant
and often negative mental chatter and offer us an opportunity to inhabit the present moment more fully and meaningfully. These are all important for
good health and happiness in human
beings.

Music and Spirituality

Music is part of all authentic spiritual traditions: It has been utilized as an important element of spiritual rites and rituals to unify groups with each other and the divine, to focus the mind, explore deeper truths, and to transcend the bounds of ordinary existence. The
chanted mantras and ragas of the Hindu
traditions, the psalms of David in the Bible, yoga's seed syllable "om," and the hymns of modern gospel churches are all examples of tools that are universally
used to bring spiritual practitioners to higher states of consciousness.

Sleep is that golden chain that ties

-Thomas Dekker

Significance of music :

A slower heart rate, slower breathing, and lower blood pressure are all physiological changes that make possible the process of falling asleep and staying asleep. Music also has a soothing effect on our emotional brain, easing stress and anxiety.

Wave Music :

It's not the ocean wave sounds but a form of music.
Wave is a form of rock music encompassing numerous pop-oriented music styles popular in the late 1970s and the 1980s.

It is rooted in mid-1970s punk rock. New wave moved away from traditional blues and rock and roll sounds to create pop/rock music that incorporated disco, mod and electronic music.
Frequency of wave moves makes mind and body relax leads to the best sleep.

Silence in Nature

The silence of nature is very real.
It surrounds you,you can feel it.
     -Ted Trueblood

Silence is becoming an increasingly rare and cherished commodity in our modern world, where our ears are constantly expose to the sounds of traffic, machinery and electronic devices. This constant noise pollution may contribute to health conditions such as stress, high blood pressure, difficulties in sleeping problems, or concentration.

Through my youTube channel with many different videos out there give everyone free places to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday urban life.
This is also a form to practice peaceful activities like yoga, meditation or mindfulness.
Music of nature gives you time and energy to reflect and truly enjoy your natural surroundings.

Music is precious and has an amazing effect on your mind. Hearing music with beautiful nature has the ability to restore our mental resources, help active our brains default mode network (daydreaming, meditating, fantasizing, self reflection) and actually regenerate brain cells. I don't have to tell you that it relieves stress and tension. You can feel it and it is undeniable. When we hear music, we have the space to dream and live in a relaxed state of heightened awareness. Have you found yourself in mind of nature's beauty?

I encourage you to deepen your relationship with the nature.
Watch the video below and may the nature's mist be with you!

Ambient sound is a central component of natural habitats. Abstracting the voice of a many instruments, animal creeping sounds and trying to understand it out of context.

Music is to convey emotions and ideas more effectively by using agreeable sound and harmony. It enhances the spoken words, and even with no words, can deliver the message.
Music is a great communicator because it is universal language. It is a way to escape from the pain of life. It gives you relief and allows you to reduce the stress, feel calm, which enhances good sleep.

Relaxing Music on Healthy Deep-sleep

Sleep is vital for human health and well-being, and sleep disturbances are comorbid to many mental and physiological disorders. Music consistently improves subjective sleep quality, whereas results for objective sleep parameters diverge. These inconsistencies might be due to inter-individual differences.
Music significantly increases the amount of slow-wave sleep (SWS) and increases the low/high frequency power ratio.
We  could conclude that listening to music before a nap can improve subjective and objective sleep parameters in lot of people.

Sleep plays an important role for maintaining physical and mental health and is critical for general well-being. However, sleep disturbances are highly common in our society, with increased prevalence in ageing as well as among people at risk of or suffering from a psychiatric disorder. The use of sleep enhancing medicine is problematic, as its effectiveness decreases across time and may lead to addiction. Consequently, researchers need to empirically validate the effectiveness of non-pharmacological and easy to implement tools to support healthy sleep.

Watch the amazing video which relaxes your mind helps in sleep
Listening to music is a widely used tool to improve sleep. In an online survey in a general population 62% (out of n = 651 respondents) stated to have at least once used music to help them sleep.
Positive effects of listening to music on subjectively evaluated sleep were found in toddlers when listening throughout the nap-time, preschool children and young adults listening 45 minutes at nap-time and/or bedtime.
